The Bars® are a set of 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic component of your thoughts, ideas, feelings, attitudes, emotions, beliefs, and considerations that you have ever had about anything in this lifetime or lifetimes. When these areas are lightly touched, they stimulate positive change in the brain and defragment the electromagnetic components of stress, thoughts and emotions. Releasing this stuck energy is like deleting old files off your computer, which then gives you free space to create new opportunities and possibilities without judgement or limiting/conditioning beliefs.
How does it work?
When The BARS are lightly touched, the brain waves slow down, allowing access to points of view, belief systems, and behavioural patterns that you have been running since childhood or from other lifetimes. There is a brain shift from the waking state (beta state) to the healing state (alpha or theta state), and brain wave measurements show increased brain coherence after having your Bars run. Access Bars optimise brain performance, increasing concentration, improving emotional stability and positive attitudes toward life.
During a session, the facilitator runs your Bars and the process of releasing limiting and conditioning beliefs that no longer serve you begins. Such limiting points of view include joy, sadness, sexuality, body, age, control, creativity and money amongst many others.
Everyone has a different experience when having their Bars run, but it tends to be a deeply relaxing and nurturing process and many people go to sleep. It is also normal to see colours or feel different sensations, such as tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers.

What is the difference between Access Bars and Reiki?
Having your Bars run removes blocked energy out of the body while Reiki delivers energy into the body. While both modalities have the ability to induce a state of relaxation and clear negative energy they use different techniques.
How do you feel after Access Bars?
