“I had no prior experience of Reiki but have watched Silvia in other work and trust her intuitive and thoughtful approach. Silvia’s space at the Inspired Hub is immediately calm and relaxing, and she took time to settle me, make sure that I was comfortable, and knew what to expect. The experience is quite exceptional and difficult to describe. The time passed in an instant, but I could feel steady changes as the session progressed and at the end was incredibly relaxed and “unwound”, a feeling which stayed with me for the rest of the day at least. Do take her advice on aftercare, drinking water etc, it’s really important.
